Hotel Balcony - Florence

There were comfy beds and a terrace and a storage inside the room. The staff was willing to help and really took care of me. The staff were hospitable and patient and the location was incredible. Set close to the train station, it was a plus.

Clean, warm, all nearby: attractions, train station, cafe restaurants. Ability to leave your luggage. Thank you for rest!

It's noisy outside, the isolation is bad. The cleaning of the neighboring rooms started at 7 am.

This hotel excellently combines comfort and accessibility. With a central location within walking distance to major attractions, friendly staff who provide helpful guidance, and a good breakfast served on a spacious terrace.

Staff, breakfast, location. You can stay for one night.

It was very cold, the toilet was strange to flush the water need 10 times to press the button then leak. The shower is also not very clear either, the water barely flows in the general stern of a convenient location, the rest of the 3.

Location of the hotel in the city center (from the station 5-8 minutes on foot, supermarkets, bars, restaurants). room is clean and cozy.

As a single traveler, I found the cozy and updated room to be very comfortable, allowing me to rest well after long days of walking and sightseeing.

Better than I expected for the amount I paid, clean and comfortable with very helpful staff.

The friendly and very helpful staff.The only reason we got to see the uffizi gallery was because of the advice of one of the staff members. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the shower had great water pressure. The breakfast was good - we loved the coffee machine. Altogether very good value for money. Best of all - the fantastic location, an easy walk to the train station and central to all the sights too! We'd come back.

Great hotel with helpful staff, air conditioning, and strong wi-fi. I remember how they helped with local food delivery during my first stay. I'll be back for another city break!

the location is fantastic, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a medieval cathedral.

Location could not be better. Balcony was a real bonus as it gives space to relax away from the room. Staff very pleasant. Stayed for 6 nights and would stay here again.

Cheese slices at breakfast, but rest was fine. Couldn't get bedside lamp fixed during stay
